Dear DAS Families,
Thank you for your enthusiastic participation in our recent school fundraiser. Thanks to your efforts and generous support, we are thrilled to announce that we have raised over $10,000! This remarkable achievement is a testament to the strength and dedication of our school community.
I wanted to provide you with crucial information regarding the order pickups. All orders that are being delivered to the school will arrive on Wednesday, December 13th. To pick up your order, you must come to our NORTH campus cafeteria, located at 2817 Saint Marks Dr., to collect orders between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on that day.
Please note that it is vital for all orders to be picked up on December 13th during that time window, especially those containing frozen goods. We do not have the capacity to store these items safely, and it is essential that they are collected promptly to ensure their quality and freshness.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. The success of our fundraiser would not have been possible without your involvement, and the funds raised will significantly contribute to enhancing the educational experiences of our students. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the order pickup, please feel free to contact me. Once again, thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to our school!
Dear Families,
We are thrilled to announce the commencement of our annual National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) Food Drive for Dunedin Cares, running until December 20th! This event is more than just a food collection—it's a spirited competition among our homerooms/classes and a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our community. What We're Collecting:
We're focusing on gathering non-perishable food items to donate to Dunedin Cares. Think canned vegetables, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, and any other shelf-stable goods you can spare. Every can and box counts! The Competition:
Each homeroom/class is in the running to collect the most food items. The winning group will receive a special reward—a surprise to be revealed soon! Let's see which class can demonstrate the most community spirit and generosity. Why Participate?
Aside from the friendly competition, this food drive is a chance for our school to show collective compassion and support for those in need. Your contributions will directly aid local families and individuals who rely on food donations, especially during the holiday season. Drop-Off Points:
Students bring their items directly to their classroom teacher/homeroom teacher. Please ensure that all donations are in good condition and within their use-by dates. Deadline:
Remember, the food drive concludes on December 20th. Let's make these weeks count!
We're excited to see the amazing impact our school can make. Together, we can fill plates and hearts this holiday season. Thank you for your generosity and participation!
