Teachers, you will still report to the PE court for the drills as normal.  I ask that you stand in your assigned area as shown in the attached presentation.I will announce over the school's intercom system when it is time for your scheduled group to begin their drill.  I will NOT initiate the fire alarm for any of these drills.  This is subject to change in the later months.You are to maintain proper social distancing (at least 6ft) from other classes joining you for your drill.  DO NOT allow classes to come into close contact with one another.Once we are all outside then I will ask every teacher for a head count of students.  You only need to tell me how many students are present for the drill.  Hold up your GREEN card if you are not missing anyone.  Hold up your RED card if a student is missing or if there is a situation which needs my attention. If you are with an eLearning ONLY class during your scheduled drill time, then you will NOT evacuate the building.  You will take this time to review our fire drill procedures with your eLearning class though.All students and staff members are to wear a mask during their scheduled drills.The groups will be split up to avoid classrooms in the same hallway interacting with one another as much as possible.  The times are approximate, and we may be off by a few minutes depending on how long it takes the classrooms to exit and re-enter the building.
