Dear Families,
This is a reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Monday, October 23rd, and Tuesday, October 24th. In order to accommodate these important meetings, there will be an early dismissal schedule for all students.
Early Dismissal Times:
- Elementary Students (K-5): Dismissal at 2:00 PM
- Middle School Students (6-8): Dismissal at 2:30 PM
Parent-Teacher Conferences:
- Conference Times: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Elementary School: Teachers have already reached out to families to schedule conference times. Please contact your child's teacher directly if you still need a conference time.
- Middle School: Conferences will be scheduled soon and are primarily for students with academic concerns. Due to the large number of middle school students, we are unable to meet with all families during this period. Our focus will be on addressing the needs of students who require academic or behavior intervention.
Aftercare Services:
Aftercare will continue as normal for students who are registered in the aftercare program.
