The first day of school (August 12th) is right around the corner! Below you will find detailed back to school and orientation information to help you prepare during these last days of summer.
Elementary School Orientation - Wednesday, August 7th
KG Grade: 8:30 - 9:30 AM
1st Grade: 9:30 - 10:30 AM
2nd Grade: 10:30 - 11:30 AM
3rd Grade: 12:30 - 1:30 PM
4th Grade: 1:30 - 2:30 PM
5th Grade: 2:30 - 3:30 PM
Middle School Orientation - Thursday, August 8th
6th Grade: 8:30 - 10:00 AM
7th Grade: 10:00 - 11:30 AM
8th Grade: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Orientation Activities:
- Meet your child’s teacher and see their classroom
- Drop off school supplies and pick up important forms and documents
- Purchase uniform patches and browse our used uniform sale. Patches can be sewn onto uniform shirts and jackets at orientation for $1.00 each—remember to bring any items you want to have sewn
- Sign up for before/aftercare (Registration Paperwork)
- Pay optional school fees ($25) to support agenda costs, PBIS initiatives, quarter incentives, and other student programs
- Turn in and complete any missing registration or clinic forms. Attention 7th grade families: Please remember to bring proof of your child’s t-dap vaccination if it is still needed.

Spirit Shirts: The order form is open to buy your 2024 – 2025 DAS Spirit Shirt! Pre-order your shirt using this link by Friday, August 16th. Shirts will be delivered and distributed the very first week of September. Spirit shirts can be worn every Friday and on Field Trips.
